This shop has a central purpose to reduce household waste. It’s main focus is on taking in electrical items, repairing them and reselling them. But it also has other household items. It offers house collections if necessary.

Marché Centre Commercial Les Puces

This covered market here sells bric-a-brac, furniture and other antiques. It’s been on this site for more than 20 years and also sells fruit and vegetable at outdoor stalls.

Humana

This is a huge place (over 90 square metres) that sells more than 3,600 items of unwanted clothing. It’s less a fashion store and more a charity shop, but it’s a good place to pick up a cheap bargain. All proceeds go to their charity in the Congo, working towards improving the local quality of life.

Ccom’9

Ccom’9 is a second-hand clothes shop where people take their unwanted clothing to sell. The shop keeps the clothes for three months and the donors get a proportion of the sales price if they sell. The title of the shop is a play on words – com’9 is pronounced “comme neuf“, which means “like new”. They only accept clothing of a good quality and recognised brands.

Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 10am to 7pm. Wednesdays, 10am to 1pm, 3pm to 7pm. Closed Sundays.

Space Vintage

Space Vintage is a quirky little store not far from the main railway station (St Charles) and the main central Canebière road in the centre of Marseille. It’s a high quality store, selling only the big names as well as collector’s items. It has clothes but also jewellery, handbags, shoes and other items to wear. Well worth a look.

This lovely little vintage store is focused more on household items and artistic home decoration. It isn’t open during the week but it’s a great place to pick up some ideas for your home.

Mega Vide Greniers (Antiques, Household & Clothes)
